Description
The ENO1 Human Recombinant protein is a single, non-glycosilated polypeptide chain produced in E. coli, having a molecular weight of 47.1kDa and containing 434 amino acids (1-434 a.a.).

Formulation
The ENO1 protein solution is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl pH-7.5 1mM MgSO4 and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
