Description
Eotaxin-3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 72 amino acids (24-94 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 8.5kDa.
Eotaxin-3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The Eotaxin-3 solution contains Phosphate Buffered Saline pH7.4 and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
Eotaxin-3 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
