Applications
EBV-p18 Mosaic antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HHV-4 (EBV) with minimal specificity problems.

Description
The E.Coli derived recombinant artificial mosaic protein contains two epitopes from C-end associated in one molecule from the HHV-4 p18 regions.

Formulation
50mM Tris-Hcl pH 8.0, 60mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione and 50% glycerol.

EBV-p18 Mosaic was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity
EBV-p18 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).

Specificity
Immunoreactive with sera of EBV-infected individuals.

Stability
Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.
