Description
EBI3 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 207 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 22.9kDa.
The Murine EBI3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
EBI3 was lyophilized from 10mM Sodium Citrate pH-3.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized EBI3 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized EBI3 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution EBI3 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
