Description
EIF4E Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 237 amino acids (1-217 a.a.) and having a molecular wieght of 27.2kDa. The EIF4E is fused to 20 a.a. His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The EIF4E 0.5mg/ml protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, and 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
