Description
EXOSC9 is a Full-length cDNA coding for the human PM/Scl 75c-beta isoform having a molecular mass of 51,697 Dalton (pH 5.46). EXOSC9 protein is fused to a deca-histidine purification tag.

Formulation
EXOSC9 (1.05mg/ml) is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0 and 4M Urea.

Binds IgM- and IgG-type human auto-antibodies.

Immunological tests
Immunodot with positive/negative sera panels.

Purity
Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
