Description
FDX1 Human Recombinant fused with a 15 amino acid T7 tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 139 amino acids (61-184 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.0kDa.
The FDX1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The FDX1 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) and 10% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
FDX1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
