Description
FGF19 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 195 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 21.8 kDa.
The FGF-19 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Filtered (0.4 ?m) and lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 1x PBS, pH 7.4.

Physical Appearance
Filtered white lyophilized powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(c) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
Add deionized water to a working concentration approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely.

Stability
Lyophilized FGF-19 Human Recombinant although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution Fibroblast Growth Factor-19 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
