Description
Fibroblast Growth Factor-22 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 149 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 17.3 kDa.
The FGF-22 is purified by chromatographic techniques.

Greater than 97.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Fibroblast Growth Factor-22 sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
