Description
FKBP3 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 224 amino acids (1-224 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25.1 kDa. FKBP3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The FKBP3 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
