Description
FHIT Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids (1-147 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 17.9 kDa. FHIT protein is fused to a 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.

FHIT Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, & 10% glycerol.
