Description
LGALS14 Human Recombinant fused with a 23 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 162 amino acids (1-139 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.5kDa. The LGALS14 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The LGALS14 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

LGALS14 should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
