Description
LGALS9 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids (1-148 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.5 kDa. Galectin-9 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The LGALS9 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 100mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Escherichia Coli.

Stability
Store at 4¡ãC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20¡ãC for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
