Description
Ganciclovir is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C9H13N504 and a molecular weight of 255.23.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 99.0%.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Ganciclovir in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized Ganciclovir although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored at 4¡ãC.
