Description
GLC8 Recombinant produced in Yeast is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 265 amino acids (1-229) and having a molecular mass of 30.7 kDa.
The GLC8 is fused to 35 amino acid His Tag at N-Terminus and purified by standard chromatogrpahy techniques.

Formulation
The protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1mM DTT, and 10% glycerol, and 1mM EDTA.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Stability
GLC8 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
