Biological Activity
gAcrp30 activity is determined by its ability to inhibit the proliferation of mouse M1 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 1.0 ¨C 2.5 ug/ml.

Description
gAcrp30 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 145 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 16690 Dalton.
The gAcrp30 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile filtered and lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 10mM Tris pH-8 & 0.75mM DTT.

Solubility
