Description
GOT1 Recombinant E.coli produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 433 amino acids (1-413 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 48.4 kDa. The GOT1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
GOT1 Human solution containing 20mM Tris HCL pH-8.0, 2mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl & 20% glycerol.
