Description
GLRX3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 355 amino acids (1-335 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 39.6kDa. GLRX3 is fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
GLRX3 solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
