Description
GCDH Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 415 amino acids (45-438 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 45.8 kDa. The GCDH is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

GCDH Human solution containing 20mM Trsi pH-8, 5mM DTT, 0.2M NaCl & 20% glycerol.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
