Description
GMCSF/IL3 fusion protein Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a Mw of 30kDa.
PIXY321 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The protein was lyophilized after extensive dialysis against 10mM PBS, pH= 7.4¡À0.1 and 0.1% BSA.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by1. Analysis by RP-HPLC.
2. Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized PIXY321 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized PIXY321although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution PIXY321should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
