Description
GRAP2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 350 amino acids (1-330.a.a) and having a molecular mass of 40.0kDa.
GRAP2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The GRAP2 protein solution (0.5mg/1ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 5mM DTT, 1mM EDTA and 30% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
