Description
CXCL1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single,non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 94 amino acids (35-107) and having a molecular mass of 10.1 kDa. The CXCL1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
CXCL1 in 20mM Tris-HCL pH-8 and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
Liquid CXCL1 although stable at 10¡ãC for 1 week, should be stored below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
