Description
GDF10 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 111 amino acids (369-478 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 12.5 kDa.
GDF10 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation

The GDF10 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 10mM Sodium citrate (pH 3.5), 1mM DTT, 40% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
GDF10 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
