Description
Growth Hormone Rat Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 190 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 21810 Dalton.
GH is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The protein (1mg/ml) was lyophilized after extensive dialyses against 5mM phosphate buffer, 5mg mannitol and 1mg glycine.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Greater than 97.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by SEC-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Growth Hormone Rat in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized Growth Hormone Rat although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution GH Rat should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
