Description
Recombinant Full-Length H1N1 A/Solomon Islands/03/2006 is glycosylated with N-linked sugars, produced using baculovirus vectors in insect cells.

Formulation
The H1N1 A/Solomon Islands/03/06 solution contains 0.1M NaCl, 10mM Tris Hcl, 1mM EDTA pH-8(STE), 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) and 0.005 % thimerosal.

Immunological Activity
Western-Blot 0.1ug -1ug per strip, ELISA 1ug/Well.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability

A/Solomon Islands/03/06 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
