Description
The Hantavirus nucleocapsid (N) fusion protein protein is expressed in E. coli and fused to a GST-tag at N-terminus, having an Mw of 37 kDa. Hantavirus nucleocapsid (N) is conserved among different strains, and is used to test the specific IgM and IgG to Hantavirus.

Formulation
HTNV (5mg/ml) is formulated in 1xPBS pH-7.4 and 0.5mM EDTA.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purification Method
Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

HTNV protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
