Applications

Description
The E.Coli derived 40 kDa recombinant protein contains the P3C immunodominant regions, amino acids 1643-1743.

Formulation
10mM CBB, pH9.6, 0.1% SDS and 50% glycerol.

HAV P3C protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity
HAV P3C protein is >90% pure as determined by 10% PAGE(coomassie staining).

Specificity
Immunoreactive with sera HAV-infected individuals.
