Description
The E.coli derived recombinant HRP Labeled protein contains the HCV core nucleocapsid immunodominant regions, amino acids 2-119.

Formulation
25mM Tris-Hcl pH-8, 1mM EDTA, 1.5M urea and 50%glycerol.

HCV Core protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

HCV Core protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
