Description
The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the HCV NS4 immunodominant regions, amino acids 1691-1710, 1712-1733 & 1921-1940, fused with a GST tag at N-terminus.

Applications
Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.

Formulation
1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 0.2% Triton-X & 50% glycerol.

Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
