HEV Mosaic -S antigen is suitable ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HEV with minimal specificity problems.

Description
The e.coli derived HEV Mosaic-S protein contains 4 HEV immunodominant regions from the ORF2 and ORF3 having a total molecular mass of 33 kDa. The 4 HEV regions is a part of the 12 HEV regions. HEVMosaic-S comprises of epitope N- terminus of ORF2 and epitope of approximately 500¡À100aa of ORF3.

Formulation
25mM Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA, 0.5M urea and 50% glycerol.

HEV Mosaic-S was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity
HEV Mosaic-S protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).

Specificity
Immunoreactive with sera HEV-infected individuals.
