Description
HNRNPC produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 313 amino acids (1-293a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 34.5kDa.
HNRNPC is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The HNRNPC protein solution (0.25mg/1ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 200mM NaCl, 5mM DTT and 30% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
