Description
HEXIM1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 396 amino acids (1-359a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 44.8 kDa. HEXIM1 is fused to a 37 amino acid His-Tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
HEXIM1 solution containing 20mM Tris pH-8, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
