HMGN1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 108 amino acids (1-100 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 11.7 kDa. HMGN1 protein is fused to a 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by standard chromatography.

Formulation
HMGN1 Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl, 0.1mM PMSF & 20% glycerol.
