Description
HDAC1 Human Recombinant fused with 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus produced in Hi-5 is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 490 amino acids (1-482 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 56.2 kDa.
The HDAC1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The HDAC1 solution contains PBS (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
HDAC1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
