Description
The E.coli derived 32 kDa biotin labeled recombinant protein is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain, containing the HIV-1 p41 immunodominant regions, amino acids 466-753. The HIV-1 p41 Biotinylated is fused to beta-galactosidase (114 kDa) at the N-terminus.

Formulation
0.01M Na2CO3, 0.01M Na3EDTA, 0.014 M ?-mercaptoethanol and 0.05% Tween 20.

Sterile filtered colorless clear solution.
