Description
The E.Coli derived HRP Labeled protein contains the full-length sequence of N-terminal epitopes of HIV-I gp41, 160 amino acids (513-674) immunodominant regions gp41L.

Applications
HIV-1 gp41 antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for early detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems.

Formulation
50mM Tris-HCl, 10mM glutation, 60mM NaCl, 0.25% sarcosyl & 50% glycerol.
