Description
GrpE Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 197 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 21.8 kDa.
The GrpE is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The HSP24 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8 and 0.1M NaCl.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
GrpE although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
