EDN3 contains 21 amino acids having a molecular mass of 2634.1 Dalton.
Formulation
The protein (1mg/ml) was lyophilized with no additives.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by RP-HPLC.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized EDN3 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability
Lyophilized EDN3 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution EDN3 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below
-18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
