CAT No.BT-CHM-232 |
I-TAC Human Recombinant (CXCL11), His Tag, I TAC Human, His, 20ug |
Applications
1. Positive control for Western blot.
2. Antibody production.
3. Protein assay.
Description
I-TAC (Interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant) Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids 63-87 and having a total molecular mass of 9 kDa which includes a 4 kDa His tag.
The I-TAC is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The CXCL11 was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution in water containing 1X PBS, 0.1% SDS and 1mM DTT.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized I-TAC Human Recombinant in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Source
Escherichia Coli.
Stability
Lyophilized I-TAC although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution CXCL11 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
