This antibody does not cross reacts with Fab or F(ab')2 of IgG. Some cross reaction with IgG of other species such as horse and sheep was observed. No cross reaction with human IgA, IgE or IgM.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with H20 to get a 1 mg/ml concentration. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Stability / Shelf LifeTwo years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4¡ãC.

Shipping Conditions
Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.

Storage Procedures
In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4¡ãC in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20¡ãC.

Titer
By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.75 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
