These clone have been derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with purified human insulin.

The vial contains antibody in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4¡ãC.

Protein concentration
4.1 mg/ml.

Purification
Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.

Reactivity
Kass for clone 7F8 is 7.5 x 109M-1. These antibodies cross-reacts with human proinsulin, bovine insulin (30%) and porcine insulin. No cross-reaction with free C-peptide.
