Application
ICAM-I can be used directly as a positive control in Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and other immunological experiments.
The biological activity of this product has not yet been tested.

Description
ICAM-1 Human Recombinant is expressed in E. coli containing 455 amino acids 28-483 fused to an amino terminal hexahistidine tag.
The ICAM-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
ICAM-1 is supplied (0.2mg/ml) in PBS, 50% Glycerol, 2mM Imidazole.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Source
Escherichia Coli.

Storage Conditions
Store at 4¡ãC if entire vial will be used within 1-2 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20¡ãC for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
