Description
Interferon beta Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 162 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 19.8 kDa.
Mouse IFN beta is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

IFN-b Mouse solution containing 10mM sodium phosphate pH-7.5 and 0.5M ammonium sulfate.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
