Description
Interferon-g Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids fragment (24-166) and having a molecular mass of 21.28 kDa with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
The IFN-g-His is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Interferon-g-His is supplied in 10mM Tris HCl and 50% glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
