Description
ISG15 Human Recombinant fused to N-terminal Calmudulin Tag (151 a.a.) produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 308 amino acids (157 a.a. without tag) and having a molecular mass of 34 kDa.

Formulation
The ISG15 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 100mM NaCl and 1mM DTT.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 98.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
ISG15 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
