Description
Interleukin-17E Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 146 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 33.7 kDa.
The IL-25 Human is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution containing no additives.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin Human IL25 in sterile 10mM HCL not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized Interleukin Human IL17E although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution Human IL-25 should be stored at 4¡ãC between

For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
