Description
IL17E Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 306 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 34.9 kDa.
The Mouse IL-17E is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
IL17E was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution containing no additives.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Mouse IL17E in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized Murine IL17E although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution IL17E should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
