Titer
For intra-cellular staining, 10?l per 106 cells. By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).

Applications
Western Blot, immunohistochemistry intra-cellular staining and will also work in Direct ELISA and Immuneprecipitation.
