Description
IL-31 human recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 141 amino acids (24-164 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.8 kDa.
Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by SEC-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL-31 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Source
Escherichia Coli.
Stability
Lyophilized IL-31 Recombinant although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution IL-31 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
