Description
IL31 mouse recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 141 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15.7 kDa.

Formulation
The IL31 (1mg/ml) was lyophilized from 10mM sodium Phosphate pH-7.4.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 97.0% as determined by
(a) Analysis by SEC-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL31 in sterile 18M?-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized IL31 Recombinant although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution IL31 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
